Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Kali Rena Cosmetics is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Kali Rena Cosmetics is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they are in the possession of the shipping carrier. If you experience an issue, we recommend contacting the carrier directly with your tracking information.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item(s) and packaging. We will review the issue and offer a replacement or store credit if approved.
